ROAD WORK // MISCELLANEOUS // Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the 6 barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

STEEL WORK // Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical 7 channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

STEEL WORK // Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

STEEL WORK // Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

ALUMINIUM WORK // Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, 10 straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : // Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in- charge complete.

(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : // Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Pressure grouting with neat cement slurry of suitable consistency mixed with non- shrinkable water proof grouting compound free from chloride through the pre drilled holes in RCC track bed/RTS box/Circular tunnel/station ventilation shaft, box walls, floors, mezzanine and ceilings or, outside structures at surface, OH tanKs etc or any other places as directed by the Engineer-in charge. including drilling holes by diamond core cutter of nominal dia (i.e 22mm to 40mm) upto 1 specified depth in RCC haunches/track bed/walls /roofs / floors by means of electrically/ pneumatically operated Diamond Core Drill Machine as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge or his representative at site. The work includes fixing of HDPE nipples/ mechanical packers of suitable diametre for injecting of grout mix. The nipples/packers shall be removed after completion of grouting work as per Metro Railway's standard specification & guidelines. Water proofing compound is to be used with the grout mix shall be PAGEL_V100 or similar manufactured by SIKA, FOSROCK, BASF, PIDILITE, NORMAT as approved by Engineer as per manufacrurer's specification with al contractor's labour, materials, tools & plants, machineries etc. complete in all respects. (Note: Cement as required for the work shall be paid separately against ERUSS0R'2011.)

Forming V-type notch at the junction of crack to widen the crack for proper packing by 2 hand chipping and packing up the (ormed groove with fiber gasket gland in a restricted working space, sealing and patching the groove with cementitious grout slurp of required consistency with all contractor's labour and material, tools & pants, machineries etc. compete in all respects. 3

Supply and using cement at worksite : PPC

Providing and fixing in position rebar in concrete with FISEM390S Fisher chemical make/LokfixE-Series FOSROC Chemical/HILTI-RE500-V3 or similar supplied by thecontractor and 4 fixingthem in position atcorrect locations, linesand levels as per manufatures specifications and as directed and instructed by the engineer. The rate includes drilling holes to the designed depth in concrete with drilling machine, scaffolding, tools/tackles, injecting specified manufacturer's groutmaterial approved by the engineer etc. complete for allfloor/levels/ all heights except the cost of rebar which shall bepaid separately under relevant schedule.

Demolishing of RCC work (any grade) and disposal of the same up to 25 Km outside 1 Rly. land, including refund of cost of released reinforcement steel. Release materials will be contractor own property. The rate includes all contractor's labour and materials, tools & plants, lead, lift, taxes etc. complete.

Dismantling of brick works of building/boundary wall/ structures of any thickness, with 2 contractor's labour, tools and disposing the dismantled materials (including bricks) outside Rly land as contractor's own materials, clearing and levelling the area all as per the instruction of Engineer. Release materials will be contractor own property. The rate includes all contractor's labour and materials, tools & plants, lead, lift, taxes etc. complete.

Demolishing Plain Cement Concrete in flooring, drain, pavement, wall, skirting etc. of any grade with 20 or 40mm coarse aggregate including disposal of materials beyond railway land. The rate includes all contractor's labour and materials, tools & plants, lead, lift, taxes etc. complete.

Dismantling iron collapsible gate, rolling shutter, M.S Grill, M.S gate, Palisade fencing 4 etc. with post & stays including disposal of release materials. (The released material will be contractor's property and value of material will be recovered from bill as per rate under relevant item of the schedule).

Dismantling doors and window (steel or wood) shutters including choukhat, architraves, holdfast in CC or masonry etc. complete. Released materials will be contractor's own property.
