Metro Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar work is defined as any track work or track maintenance works. The tenderer is required to submit a scanned copy of details of works completed during the last seven years, including the value and percentage of similar works completed. For example, the tenderer may have experience in works such as carriage of materials, earthwork, and other related activities, with specific details including: - Carriage of materials: 2000.00 cum-lead, Unit Rate: 50.96, Basic Value: 101920.00, Escl.(%): 26.00, Amount: 128419.20 - Earth work: 15000.00 Sqm, Unit Rate: 14.50, Basic Value: 217500.00, Escl.(%): 26.00, Amount: 274050.00 The tenderer should also provide details of works with them presently on hand. Additionally, the tenderer should submit a scanned copy of the list of arbitration cases during the last five years. Overall, the tenderer is expected to demonstrate relevant experience and provide detailed information about their past works, including the value and percentage of similar works completed.
