All shop drawings , as built drawings of work and execution of Construction work of "UPGRADATION OF EXISTING BLACK TOP ROAD TO RCC ROAD INCLUDING ASSOCIATED WORKS INSIDE ICP PETRAPOLE.” A)UPGRADATION OF EXISTING BLACK TOP ROAD TO RCC ROAD INCLUDING ASSOCIATED WORKS INSIDE ICP PETRAPOLE includes demolition of existing BT Road and construction of RCC Road alongwith Kerb stone complete all as per BOQ attached a. Tenderer must quote %age "Above" or "Below" or "At Par" to the estimated cost of the work the tender documents, failing which the bid shall become invalid. b. The Tenderer is required to execute any other item which is included in CPWD DSR-2021 and is essential for the successful completion of project, but not figuring in the BOQ at the Accepted Rates. c. Rates quoted by the bidder shall be all inclusive and deemed to be inclusive of all types of taxes, duties and levies imposed by Central/State Govt. and local bodies such as IGST/CGST/SGST/ UTGST, Compensation Cess, Labour Cess, Custom Duty, royalties, and other levies. No additional amount shall be paid or claim be entertained on these acount by Employer.
