Provide, supply and operate on hire HSD/CNG/Electric Power/ Hybrid power based truck mounted Suction type / Conveyor type road sweeping machine for 8 (eight) hours deployment per day including maximum 1 hour recess. The machine must have the following minimum specifications (unless stated otherwise) :-(i) Sweeping – 1 Main broom 1200 mm length and 2 side brooms with 600 mm diameter (ii) Sweeping width – 2200 mm with 1 side brush and 3000 mm with 2 side brushes. (iii) Hopper storage capacity :- 4.8 Cu.Mtr (iv) Speed at which the machine performance is 100% while in sweeping operation – 8 Km/Hr , maximum speed at which the machine is allowed to run while in sweeping operation- 10 Km/Hr (iv) Noise control – 90 dB maximum (v) Dust control: - water sprinklers/ spray nozzles with high pressure pump (vi) water tank capacity - 490 litres (vii) Filtration system:- 90 % for PM 2.5 dust and 100% for PM 10 dust .(viii) Vacuum Hose: - 150 mm diameter and 15 feet long (ix) Dumping height – 1000 mm (x) Water Source :- Dock water (xi) Water intake:-Self, not more than 20 minutes per occasion (xii) GPS tracking- 3 client desktop/mobile (xiii) Manpower – 1 skilled (driver cum operator) and 1 unskilled (assistant / helper) (xiv) Rated sweeping capacity / hour – 17,500 Sq.Mtr. The rate is inclusive of the cost of hire of the machine , manpower , energy cost , lubes , all maintenance charges and consumables etc. required for operation as above per day including disposal / emptying of hopper contents and water intake within a lead of 5 KM. N.B. The machine shall be used for sprinkling water on road and for rag picking with vaccum hose atleast two times per shift/ day of operation.

Reimbursement towards price variation on account of energy/ fuel cost (HSD/CNG/Electric) and manpower cost [as per CLC (C)] . [This amount is tentative based on previous variation for last two years]. Payment shall be made on the actual amount spent for such components as per document accepted and certified by the Engineer's representative during the execution of the contract , subject to the maximum theoretical fuel consumption as certified by OEM before commencement of the work proper.
