Construction of new 5.00 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant : Design ( including survey and soil exploration drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution), Development, Supply of equipment, erection of equipment, civil, electro mechanical and instrumentation works, testing, commissioning & trial run of 05 MLD STP at Murshidabad town, near Kathgola Bagan, Ward No. - 15 on open technology , provision for handling co-treatment of septage/faecal sludge (11.00 KLD) capacity. STP shall comprise of : Primary Treatment Unit - stilling chamber/collection tank, fine screen, grit removal; Secondary Treatment Unit - Anaerobic/ Anoxic/ Aeration tank / Clarifier, Disinfection unit, Sludge Handling Unit: Sludge sump, Sludge Pump house, Centrifuge/ filter press/belt press/screw press for dewatering etc. Provision for filtration unit in the tertiary treatment if required to meet the desired outlet parameters. Provision of covered Sludge Storage Yard for 7 days storage of dewatered sludge. The scope of work also includes providing all material, labour T&P etc. and construction of meter room, electrical sub station, transformer yard, Platform for D.G., shed over the generators, ,Staff quarters (double storey) [Each floor must have at least minimum Unit area(main)-490 sq.ft,balcony-15.50 sq.ft,with provision of 02 nos of rooms with attached toilet including a dinning room and a kitchen ) , security room, panel rooms , fully furnished administrative building having fully functional testing laboratory (lab size not less than 50 sqm) with required furniture/testing equipment etc, PLC/SCADA Rooms, Power Generation building(if required), Blower building, chlorinator/ tonner room, sludge handling building & other building if required for technology proposed. OCEMS system should be installed at outlet of STP only and master control station (MCS) at STP, provision of adequate CCTV camera arrangement along with Static IP Address for monitoring and provision of water reuse facility. In the inlet there shall be Flowmeter for measuring quantity of inflow. Conference room (not less than 55 sqm) suitable for 15 people, 4 rooms with a attached toilet for supervisory staff and a toilet block, drinking water cooler. All office rooms i,e Conference room, PLC room,SCADA room,control room should be Air-Conditioned. The scope also includes Ancillary works like. internal road black top in 3.75 m width with adequate shoulder each side to various units of STP, Boundary wall with gate, installation of various display boards, landscaping, adequate lighting arrangements, provision for reuse of treated water along with pumping arrangement (100% standby) to fill the tank across drain to reach the STP site if required. and also including the provision for Fire fighting arrangement, site development ,protection & shifting of utility,if required . The scope of work also incudes Construction of toilet block including sanitary & plumbing work (m) construction of bore well etc. as per approved vetted design and drawing. [Note : Provision for the construction of approach roads and culvert capable of withstanding heavy vehicle movement etc. across drain to reach the STP site has to be done if required.]
