Pre-qualification criteria: The summation of monetary values of any one of the major items or conglomeration of items derived from the BOQ of the instant work tendered, when multiplied by 0.40, should be greater than or equal to the monetary value of the corresponding item/conglomeration of items of the BOQ in the bid submitted as PQ work credential, multiplied by an inflationary factor. 3. Financial eligibility as PQ Credential: - Average of Gross Annual Turnover of the bidder (except for Consortiums and Joint Ventures) for any three financial years within the immediate preceding five financial years should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender, i.e., Rs. 67,02,090.00. - For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, the average annual turnover should be at least 90% of the amount put to tender, i.e., Rs. 2,01,06,270.00, with each entity having at least 20% of the required average annual turnover for the three preceding financial years. 4. Net financial worth: The bidder's net worth in any three preceding financial years within the zone of preceding five financial years should be positive, determined from audited profit & loss accounts and corresponding audited balance sheets. Additionally, the bid capacity required in the given tender to bid can be determined by the following formulas: - Gross notional amount calculated from the Credential Certificate (CC) uploaded as the PQ Credential of a single similar work stated, should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender i.e Tender Value for single bidders. - For Consortium/JV, sum of gross notional value of work in respect of the CC of individual entities for works of similar in nature, aggregate should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender. The gross notional amount can be calculated by multiplying the gross value of the work submitted as PQ Credential by the inflationary factors: - Current financial year: 1.00 - 1 year preceding the current financial year: 1.08 - 2 years preceding the current financial year: 1.16 - 3 years preceding the current financial year: 1.26 - 4 years preceding the current financial year: 1.36 - 5 years preceding the current financial year: 1.47 The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid can also be extracted as follows: - For individual bidders, the average of Gross Annual Turnover for any three financial years within the preceding five financial years should be at least Rs. 67,02,090.00. - For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, the average of Gross Annual Turnover for any three financial years within the preceding five financial years should be at least Rs. 2,01,06,270.00. - Additionally, for Consortiums or Joint Ventures, each constituent must have at least 20% of the tender value as their individual average of annual turnovers from business in any three financial years within the zone of the last five financial years.
