The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs 264.75 lakh, and the minimum gross notional value of the major item desired is Rs 105.90 lakh (but for consortium/joint venture, it is Rs 211.80 lakh), which is 25% of the Tender BOQ or above. For consortium/joint venture, the minimum gross monitory value is Rs. 163.29 lakh, and the combined value should be at least Rs. 211.80 lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one similar project in nature, with a minimum gross notional value of Rs. 264.75 lakh (25% of Tender BOQ or above) for a major item, and at least 25% of Tender BOQ. The average of the Gross Annual Turnover of the bidder should be at least Rs. 91.76 lakh (30% of the Amount put to Tender) for any three financial years within the immediate preceding five financial years. For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, this value should be at least Rs. 275.27 lakh (90% of the Amount put to Tender).
