Carrying ,assembling, laying and linkng in position 1 in 8.5 Fan Shaped Turn out consisting of 54 nos. of PRC Crossing Sleepers and 13 Nos of PRC approach sleeper with 60 Kg. rails, CMS Crossing,Curved swilch conforming to R.D.S.O Drawing No. T- 4866,Include for Deep screening of stone ballast under the points and crossing sleepers before the renewal and fixing of all fittings & fastenings including transportation and handling of all materials from Trustees P.W.Store/ Yard at Haldia Also include for supplying and applying of oil and grease end cutting of rails, drilling holes to web of 60 Kg rails with drilling machine . fitting fixing of requisite nos. of M.S bearing plates/ slide chairs.Washers. Streatcher Bars,hand lever box crossing check rails, distant blocks etc. and to provide concurrent service to S&T staff for fixing and adjustment of Cabin connections by pull rods or Motor accesaries,lock bars etc all complete.

Supplying, Stacking, Carrying & spreading 50mm down Pakur variety Stone Ballast following the Indian Railway Specification IRS-GE-1. June 2004 on the Railway Track within any lead as directed. (Payment will be made on the basis of stack measurement after deducting 7.5% as voids)

Laying and linking rails of one side by fixing new/second hand 52 kg/60 kg rails in running track including squring of sleeper cuttings of rails as required to ensure the proper gauge. Also include for carrige of rails, fittings etc, from Trustees P.W. store to work site and forwarding of released rails from work site to P.W Store at B.H Yard. Payment will be made on the basis of liner measurement of rail renewed.

Carrying and fixing check rail for renewal with the newly laid / existing main rail & with concrete sleeper, including the cos of fabrication of check rail and drilling holes by machine with 28mm dia. Drill to the web of rails as directed. Also include for carriage of 60 kg, rails and its fittings which will be supplied free of cost from Trustees P.W Store/ Yard at Haldia.

Thermit welding of rail joints by S.K.V. process ( T/19/1994) on running track or at the cess of the track to convert from single rail pannel to short welded (3/5 rail Pannel) Rail Track including supply of all RDSO approved quality tools and materials like Allumino Thermit Mixtures, Prefabricated moulds, Crucible, seal , closing pin etc, required for the successful completion of the work. Also include for supplying and providing of preheating of rail by compressed air petrol system approved by RDSO/Rly, pulling back of rails to provide the requisite gap between rails and transpotation of all materials and tools ex-factory of the firm to the site of work and respecing / squring & packing of joint sleeper if required, all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. The work should be done by RDSO trained welder. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual nos. of joints welded sucessfully).

(i) 60 kg rail, IRST-12

USFD testing of 60 KG, 52 KG rail welds (Flash Butt/SKV ) as per RDSO Manuals and submitting reports on proforma as directed by the Engineer.

Packing under the track sleeper including lifting of track upto 100 mm. Required quantity of stone ballast will be supplied against It. No. -4 (Payment will be made on the basis of length of track actually packed)

Packing under the track sleeper in the 1 in 8.5 Fan shaped Turn out consists of 54 nos. of PRC Crossing Sleeper and 12 Nos of PRC approach sleeper. Required quantity of stone ballast will be supplied against It. No. -4 (Payment will be made on the basis of nos of sets of point and crossing actually packed)

Fabricating special type of M.S. Bearing Plates required for fixing the check rails on PRC sleepers from unserviceable Steel Turnout Sleepers ( which will be supplied free of cost from the Trustees P. W. store/Yard) be gas cutting, welding, forging etc as directed. Fabrication should be done as per direction of Engineer- in Charge & sample which is available in P W. store at B.H Yard. Every finished plate should be checked by Fitting on PRC sleeper for dimensional accuracy. Any defect noticed during checking, the contractor will have lo rectify the same as per direction of Engineer- in Charge at his own cost. Include for all handling, loading, unloading carriage & other all works for successful completion of work. Also include for supplying and applying one coat of black bituminastic paint on the surface of fabricated plate. [Payment will be made on the basis of actual number of finished special bearing plates]

Dress and level the cess of track for proper drainage by cutting and filling the earth of average 15 cm depth include for disposal of spoils outside the railway yard within a lead of 400 M.
