The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing works of a similar nature, specifically civil and electrical works related to construction, renovation, or interior works of buildings. The bidder must have completed at least one of the following: - Three completed works each costing not less than Rs 148.50 Lac - Two completed works each costing not less than Rs 198.00 Lac - One completed work costing not less than Rs 247.49 Lac These values are inclusive of GST. The bidder must provide documents such as purchase/work order copies, completion certificates, and schedules of rates to prove their experience. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the hydrocarbon industry, with successfully executed similar work in the last 7 years. The highest value of any such work should not exceed 80% of the total value of the proposed sub-contract. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should provide details of the work orders, completion certificates, and executed values to demonstrate their experience in similar nature of work. The amount and percentage of similar works completed will be evaluated based on the information provided by the bidder. In case of a composite work order, the amount towards supply and installation will be considered for qualifying the bidder in PQC towards experience criteria, after the supply and installation part is completed by the contractor as per the completion certificate. The bidder's experience will be counted only for the portion of the job executed by them, as specified in the JV/consortium/joint bidder agreement, if they had worked as a leader/member of a joint venture/consortium/joint bidder. The work value will be worked out as per the percentage share of the bidder in the JV/consortium/joint bidding agreement. The executed value of the work, excluding services taxes/GST, should be mentioned in the completion certificate or certified bill, duly certified by the Engineer-in-charge or the issuing authority. For Rate Contract tenders of duration one year or more, the evaluation of the experience criteria will be done based on the annualized value of the Rate Contract. The amount considered for meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be inclusive of GST.
