(a) Operation , servicing , attending breakdown of Electrical distribution system & all electrical accessories (under Engineering Electrical ) installed at N.T.B. , 6 days a week. Duty timings = 9.15 am to 5.45 pm. Duty timings may be changed based on actual requirements and as per Instruction of Department. The duty schedule for a particular day / days may be prolonged / extended strictly as per the requirement as instructed by AO(NTB) / NTB Admin/ Department. It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the daily job as per the satisfaction and requirement of NTB Admin. Job includes operation , repairing, servicing , attending all breakdown complaints of N.T.B. Electrical accessories , N.T.B. streetlights , Light & light fixtures, , UPS feeder , power feeders of N.T.B. , UPS points, Electrical points of fans, electrical points of AC’s, distribution boxes, Electricals of N.T.B. sign boards, etc. Job includes making complaint to respective AC / UPS agency in case of AC / UPS breakdown during late hour. Maintaining a register about consumption details of electrical accessories like tube, choke, switches, lights etc. of N.T.B. is another major part of the work. Based on requirement by Department / NTB admin , the agency may have to deploy resource on all the 7 days of the week. [Execution of extra duty beyond normal duty schedule , will be evaluated under Sl No. 2 (b) of this schedule/estimate.]

(b) Execution of extra duty at New Teaching Block beyond schedule duty.

A , B , C block :

(a) Operation of package & split Air Conditioning units of all academic class rooms, lecture galleries , servicing and breakdown attendance of Electrical distribution system of A-B-C block including L-1, L-2, L-3, L-4 Lecture Gallery , all academic Class rooms and office rooms in A-B-C block. [It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the daily duty schedule timings 8 am to 4.30 pm , 6 days a week. Agency will have to provide extra duty support based on requirement / satisfaction of MBA office / MBA EX office / FP office / VLMP office/ Department.] Duty timings may change based on actual requirements and as per Instruction of Department. The duty schedule for a particular day / days may be prolonged / extended strictly as per the requirement as instructed by S.A.O. (M.B.A) / A.O.(A-B-C) / A B C – Admin / MBAEX office/FP office / VLMP office/ Department. It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the daily job as per the satisfaction and requirement of S.A.O. (MBA) / A.O.(A B C) / A B C – Admin / Department. Job includes operation, servicing, cleaning , monitoring of system parameters like supply voltage & current , day to day check-up of Package & split AC’s and accessories like electrical distribution panels, electrical panels, power, UPS and light feeders of A-B-C block, making complaint to respective AC agency in case of AC breakdown, cable ends, fuse units, inspection, attending emergency breakdown & rectification of all minor defects to keep the package and split AC’s in good & proper working condition. Job also includes attending all breakdowns and faults related to Electrical distribution system inside all the Lecture Galleries and classrooms of A-B-C block. Based on requirement by SAO (MBA) / A.O.(A B C) / A B C - Admin/ Department, the agency may have to deploy resource on all the 7 days of the week.(Daily duty : 8 am to 4.30 pm) [All execution of extra duty beyond normal duty schedule , will be evaluated under Sl No. 3 (b) of this schedule/estimate]

(b) Execution of extra duty at A , B , C Block beyond schedule duty.

Hostels (Ramanujan, V.L.M.P, Tagore , Annexe , New Hostel) :

(a) Operation, servicing, breakdown attendance of Electrical distribution system and Electrical accessories (under Engineering Electrical) at Ramanujan , VLMP, Tagore, Annexe, New Hostel Hostels. [It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the daily duty schedule timings 9 am to 5.45 pm , 6 days a week. Agency will have to provide extra duty support based on requirement/ satisfaction of Hostel Admin / Department.] The duty schedule for a particular day / days may be prolonged / extended strictly as per the requirement as instructed by Hostel Admin/ Department. It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the daily job as per the satisfaction and requirement of Hostel Admin/ Department Job includes operation, repairing, attending of all Hostel breakdown complaints of Electrical accessories, streetlights, feeders (Light ,Computer and power) of all above hostels , Electricals points of Solar water heating system, fans, AC’s, Geyser, water cooler, Aquaguard , Wi-fi units, Grinding machines, Computer, laptops etc. (Daily duty : 9 am to 5.45 pm) [execution of extra duty beyond normal duty schedule , will be evaluated under Sl No. 4 (b) of this schedule.]

(b) Execution of extra duty at hostels (area as under Sl. 4) beyond schedule duty.

Operation of lift at NF-3 :

Operation of passenger lift at NF-3 building on a basis of 7 days a week. (Duty schedule = from 6.30 AM to 9.30 PM) There will be a common 1 hour session (1.30 PM to 2.30 PM) where all the operators should be available at site on duty. Job includes registering complaint to concerned lift manufacturer in case of fault in the lift. Job also include providing all information regarding the lifts running condition etc. along with all support to the lift service team during their schedule maintenance / breakdown attendance at NF-3 building. The vender has to submit the lift license of the operators before submitting 1st bill.

New Academic Building (N.A.B.) :

(a) Operation of Audio system, attending breakdown of Electrical distribution system along with all Electrical accessories (under Engineering Electrical) installed at New Academic Building on a basis of 6 days a week. The job is to be done on all the 7 days of the week from 8 AM to 10 PM. In case of special requirement / programs at N.A.B., the duty schedule for the particular day/days will be prolonged/extended/ decided strictly as per the requirement timings as instructed by AO(NAB) / NAB office / Department. It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the job timings daily as per the NAB requirement/ satisfaction. Job includes operation of Audio systems, attending of all breakdowns of at New Academic Building breakdown complaints of Electrical & along with Electrical accessories , streetlights , lift inside fans & lights, UPS distribution system etc. [execution of extra duty beyond normal duty schedule at N.A.B., will be evaluated under Sl No. 6 (b) of this schedule.]

(b) Execution of extra duty at N.A.B. beyond schedule duty.

M.D.C. :

(a) Operation , minor maintenance , attending breakdown of Electrical accessories installed at M.D.C. Building on a basis of 6 days a week . The job is to be done on all the 6 days of the week from 7 AM to 10 PM. There will be a common 1 hour session where all the operators should be available at site on duty. In case of special requirement / programs at M.D.C., the duty schedule for the particular day/days will be prolonged/extended/ decided strictly as per the requirement timings as instructed by MDC/ Department. It is mandatory for the vendor to carry out the job timings daily as per the requirement/ satisfaction of MDC/Department. Job includes operation , repairing, attending of all breakdown complaints related to Electrical & Electrical accessories , streetlights , lift inside fans & lights, UPS & HVAC distribution system panel etc. [execution of extra duty beyond normal duty schedule at M.D.C., will be evaluated under Sl No. 7 (b) of this schedule.]

(b) Execution of extra duty at M.D.C. beyond schedule duty.

Lake View Hostel (L.V.H.):

(a) Operation , minor maintenance , attending breakdown of Electrical system and Electrical accessories (under Engineering Electrical) at Lake View Hostel. Job includes operation , attending of all L.V. Hostel breakdown complaints of Electrical accessories, streetlights , lift inside lights, electrical line for all fans, hot water system etc. [execution of extra duty beyond normal duty schedule at L.V.H., will be evaluated under Sl No. 8 (b) of this schedule.]

(b) Execution of extra duty at L.V.H. beyond schedule duty.

Amphitheater :

(a) Operation , attending breakdown of Electrical distribution system , operation & controlling of lighting system and Electrical accessories (under Engineering Electrical) at Amphitheatre with normal duty for 6 days a week. Normal Duty timings will be based on actual requirements at Amphitheatre and as per Instruction of Department. Job includes operation , controlling of lighting system at Amphitheater for all programs and events to be held at Amphitheater. Job also include breakdown attending of Electrical distribution system and Electrical accessories (under Engineering Electrical) at Amphitheater. The job is to be done by strictly following the terms and condition of the work as well as adhering to all instructions of the Engineer in Charge / Department / AO Amphitheater / Amphitheater Admin. Apart from normal duty , it is mandatory for the agency to provide manpower resource on an emergency basis at Amphitheater (7 days a week) at any time of a day based upon the timing schedule of program to be held at Amphitheater. The agency will have to do such emergency job based on instruction of Amphitheater Admin/ Department. [All execution of extra duty at Amphitheatre beyond normal duty schedule , will be evaluated under Sl No. 9 (b) of this schedule.]
