M/L Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement or as per manufacturar instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof slab and external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed . NOTE: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for applying two to three mm coat of Birla/ JK wall putty & preparation of surfaces for further treatment and after prepration of surfaces, applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including a coat of primer on new sufaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by Campus Supdt. S&F Fe 410 W (Gde E-250 Quality B) framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Campus Supdt.

S&F Steel window both side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded etc complete all as specified and as directed by Campus Supdt.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Campus Supdt.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns hookings ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less the 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by Campus Supdt.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cmx25cmx25mm thick incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc complete.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts drawn through and including rigid non metallic surface conduit medium grade ISI marked minimum 20mm dia and its accessories complete alongwith 1.5 Sqmm cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connnecting to common earth duy completely concealed. Surface in walls/ceiling roofs with and including 1.2mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches, switch socket combinations, fan regulators etc, as required with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and directed for the following points.

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One ceiling /exhaust fan point controlled by one switch

(c) One three pin socket out let 5 Amp on independents board complete

Material and labour for point wiring with 4.00 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts drawn through and including rigid non metallic surface conduit medium grade ISI marked minimum 20mm size and its accessories complete alongwith 4.00 sqmm cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connnecting to common earth duly completely concealed. surface in walls/ceiling roofs with and including 1.2mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated flush mounting in the wall for one 3 pin socket out let 15 Amps on independent board with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and directed Note : Necessary PVC, rigid, concealed type junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site directed by Campus Supdt for point wiring with PVC dummy plates shall to be included in quoted.
