Past Performance: 80% The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% for Past Performance - 50% and 20% for Local Content to qualify as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 4. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) 5. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 6. Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant 7. Udyam Registration and validation through Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). 8. Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor for OEMs that are companies, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies, for declaration relating to percentage of local content if the bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore.
