The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work experience with a public listed company. The bidder should have completed one similar work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. The value of the works should be at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have completed works with a value that meets the financial eligibility criteria. The bidder should submit relevant documents such as a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, and payment details, along with a work experience certificate from a public listed company, issued by a person authorized by the company. The available bid capacity shall be calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year, taking into account completed and ongoing works. The tenderer should submit a statement of all works in progress and works awarded but not started, as per the prescribed proforma, duly verified by a Chartered Accountant. In case of a joint venture (JV), the tenderer should furnish details of existing commitments and balance amount of ongoing works with each member of the JV, as per the prescribed proforma, duly verified by a Chartered Accountant. The arithmetic sum of individual "bid capacity" of all members shall be taken as the JV's "bid capacity".
