Eastern Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. These categories are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of existing commitments, ongoing works, and completed works, including the value of completed works/executed works and payment received during the current and last three financial years. The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the subletting work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no previous work experience is required.
