The vendor must provide good quality of broad paper sticker on th e tube so that patient ID can be written legibly on it. 5. Batch wise sterility/pyrogenicity/Toxicity certificate must be provided by the vendor. 6. Plastic tube with adequate combustion data to prove that it is safe for e nvironment upon incineration. 7.
