The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (1) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (2) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (3) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work includes any civil engineering work comprising of construction of RCC overhead tank of the same or more capacity or any civil engineering work comprising of execution of RCC framed structure works of a building G+3 & above. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for one similar work.
