The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in the following manner: a) Completion of a single work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, b) Completion of two works of similar nature each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, c) Completion of three works of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The experience can be in the form of similar completed works, with a cost of at least 40%, 50%, or 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, depending on the number of works completed. The bidder must have completed similar work during the last 7 years, with the full value of the completed work considered, and a weightage of 7% per year to bring the cost to the current price level. The proportionate value of experience will be considered in proportion to the actual share of the bidder in the joint venture firm/partnership firm, otherwise, it shall be taken as 100%. The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, with a weightage to bring it to the current price level by adding 7% for each completed year after the end of the respective financial year.
