The required prior work experience for the bidder includes one of the following options: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works are: - 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar works - A 7% weightage per year to bring the cost of previous completed works to the current price level. Additionally, the bidder must have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender during the last 3 years. The bidder's prior work experience should be of similar works completed during the last 7 years. Incomplete or ongoing works as of the last date of the eligibility period will not be considered.
