The required prior work experience for the bidder is in the field of "Mechanical Loading & Transportation / Mechanical Removal of Coal / Overburden / Shale / Extraneous materials / Sand etc.". The bidder must have experience of works of similar nature valuing 50% of the Annualized estimated value of the work put to tender, which is 1,48,79,257.20 Rs. This experience should be within any consecutive period of 365 days (one year) within the time span of 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2024. The Annualized Estimated Value is 2,97,58,514.40 Rs. The bidder should have completed or ongoing works of similar nature with a value of at least 50% of the estimated value of the work, which is 1,48,79,257.20 Rs. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the following details: 1. Start date and end date of any year during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bid applications are invited for which work experience of bidder is to be considered for eligibility. 2. Start date & end date of each qualifying experience (similar nature) which must fall within the date range as specified above. 3. Work Order Number/Agreement Number of each experience. 4. Name & address of Employer/Work Order Issuing authority of each experience. 5. Percentage (%) share of each experience (100% in case of an Individual/Proprietorship firm or the actual % of share in case of a Joint Venture/Partnership firm). 6. Executed Value of work against each experience. In case of a Joint Venture, the work experience of any one, two, or three of the individual partners of JV or the JV itself may be furnished as the work experience of the bidder. The proportionate value of experience in proportion to the actual share of Bidder in that joint venture firm/partnership firm will be considered against eligibility. The value of executed works shall be given a simple weightage to bring them at the current price level by adding 7% for each completed year. The annualized value of the work shall be calculated as the "(Estimated value/Period of completion in Days x 365)". The required prior work experience for the bidder is to be supported by a Work Experience Certificate issued by the Employer (Principal Employer as applicable). This certificate should contain important parameters such as the name of the work, which should match the similar nature of work mentioned in the Work Order or Agreement. The percentage of local content is a required piece of information, especially when the estimated value of procurement is more than Rs. 10 crores. In such cases, bidders must submit a certificate with a UDIN from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company, or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered accountant, giving the percentage of local content. The amount of similar works completed is 1,48,79,257.20 Rs, and the percentage is 50% of the Annualized estimated value of the work put to tender.
