Digital Printing Printing of Draft Photo Electoral Rolls w.r.t. 1st Day if January, 1st Day of April, 1st Day of July and 1st Day of October of the year till the end of the calender year closing 2025 as notified by the Election Commission of India. Electors Information Slip/ Voter's Information Slip ( Multiple Copies in A4 Size 70-75 GSM Paper), as generated and supplied by the respective Electoral Registration Officer of the concerned Assembly Constituencies. The number of copies of the rolls to be supplied to the recognized national and the state political parties ( that is the political parties for which symbols are reserved by the Election Commission of India exclusively) and the contesting candidates of any election conducted by the Election Commission of or the State or any other statutory authorities with the approval of the Election Commission of of India explicitely in writing, are to the determined by the Electoral Registration Officers or the Returning Officers concerned, as the case may be. The delivery should be completed by at least five days before publication of Draft/ Final Roll, to the offices of the Electoral Registration Officers or the Returning Officers concerned, as the case may be, under the risk and cost of the agency.
