The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of providing similar type of services. The bidder must have experience of providing similar services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The required prior work experience also includes: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 8943824.64. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 11179780.8. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 17887649.28. Additionally, the bidder is required to have a minimum average annual turnover of 112 Lakh for 3 years. However, Micro and Small Enterprises and startups are exempted from the experience and turnover criteria, subject to meeting quality and technical specifications. Copies of relevant contracts/orders should be uploaded along with the bid in support of having provided services during each of the financial years.
