The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For Pile foundation work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 2,80,88,594.00), or Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or One similar work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. * For Water proofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 15,84,038.00), or Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or One similar work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. * For Fire Fighting system: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 98,11,693.00), or Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or One similar work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. * For Fire Alarm system: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 18,33,950.00), or Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or One similar work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. * For Mechanized car parking: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 43,43,880.00), or Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or One similar work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. * For Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of C.C.T.V. & LAN work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 16,39,487.00). The percentages mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the similar works. The amounts mentioned are the estimated costs of the respective components of the work. Additionally, for key personnel: - Project Manager: 20 years of experience (and having experience of one similar nature of work) - Deputy Project Manager: 12 years of experience (and having experience of one similar nature of work) - Project/Site Engineer: 5 years (for Graduate Engineer) or 10 years (for Diploma Engineer) - Project/Planning/Quality/Billing Engineer: 2 years (for Graduate Engineer) or 5 years (for Diploma Engineer) The labour component is expressed as 25% of the total value of the component of work, with the gross work to be done valued at 35.00 Lakh.
