Wall Paneling Supplying, fitting and fixing of acoustic wooden wall panel by means of G.I sections and studs after preparing the undulating surface of wall. Such wall panel should have dimension of 15mm thick should be attached to each other by tongue and groove method by virtue of acoustical vibrant cleat to be fixed on aluminium framing structure of size 3000mm X 27 mm 600 mm c/c flanges 18 mm having NRC flice at back side of panel screating NRC factor ranges from 0.63 to 0.98 depending upon the geeneration of sound.Those panels should be fixed to the back framing structure by virtue of appropriate G.I. clips/ metal impaler all complete as per the instructions laid down etc. all complete as per. drawing, Specification and direction.

False ceiling with AC & lighting:

Providing & fixing of acoustic fabric paneling with RECRON IN-FILL over plywood panelling as per manufacturer's specification.The panel should comprise of 12 mm thick recron acoustical board. The top will be covered with fire rated fabric of approved shade with PVC edge gripper, all complete as per design, drawing & direction. (Total Area - 1325 sqft)

Providing and fixing full height panel made of 50 mm x 25 mm wood box section frame work @ 600 mm c/c with 9 mm thick BWR plywood fixed on front surface of the framework, fixed necessary hardware (like nail, pin) etc, all complete as per design. (Total Area: 2450 Sqft)

False ceiling with AC & lighting. Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long drywall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of drywall screws of size3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm or both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter 6.1 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I. Fixing 8 mm thick commercial ply conforming to IS : 303 BWR type and fixing plywood 4 mm thick one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1) for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, riming coat on Unexposed surface with: 3.1 Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture. French spirit polishing two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Providing and fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Optra Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles with Armstrong 15mm Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 - 1.0, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 20mm, with Recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 38mm with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200mm & 600mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 14 Kgs/M2 with a minimum pull out strength of 100 kgs. The T-Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty. Replacement of existing doors: Providing and fixing 65 mm thick sound reducing door comprising 12 mm thick water proof marine Ply, Kit Ply fixing on either side of wooden frame work comprising 65 x 40 mm main runners all - round and 50 x25 mm thick horizontals - 3 nos per door leaf and 100 x 25 mm thick horizontals - 3 no's per door leaf and 100 x 40 mm thick horizontals for lock rail, one skin of marine Ply to be fixed to frame work through 3 mm sheet rubber - inter layer and an 45 x20 mm sponge neoprene gasket to be fixed to bottom edge of door leaf, 25 mm thick Glass wool of 25 kg density / M= shall be placed inside the frame work. Inner side wall partly to be decorated with Armstrong Optra wall panelling and out side finish with 1.0 mm thick

Window blinds: Providing and fixing of Roman or folded blind with a special fabric Veneli or eq. having acoustic quality of NRC value of 0.60, made with Aluminium Headrail with the control mechanism. Strong, lightweight. Fabric attached to headrail with Velcro. Fabric is easily removable from headrail for Dry Cleaning. Roman blind fabric gives full coverage of the rail. The fabric illustrated here has been moved to avoid obscuring full view of the sidewinder mechanism. Use top fix/face fix bracket for all fitting requirements. Always ensure brackets are evenly spaced across the headrail. Pull the cords to raise the blind to the desired level. Pull side cords to open the blind, and tie them to the cleat to keep the blind raised .etc all complete as per direction.
