The details of similar works completed during the last seven years should be submitted with supporting documents. Substantial completion is based on 80% of the awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. The bidder should have prior work experience of executing a single contract of similar nature with a value of Rs 2,26,00,000. The experience should be gained during the last seven years. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The required information to be provided includes: - Name of Work - Completion cost - Current costing level at 7% per annum - Date of Start - Date of Completion (Stipulated) - Date of Completion (Actual) - TDS Amount, if applicable Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on: - Annual Financial Turnover for the last three years and the average, which should be Rs 1,00,00,500 - Net worth For start-ups and subcontractors, the requirements regarding general construction experience and particular construction experience may not be insisted upon for repair works with an estimated cost of up to Rs 30 lakhs. The compensation for delay of work will be 1.0% of tendered value per week of delay or lesser amount as decided by the competent authority subject to a maximum of 10% of contract value for works costing up to Rs 10.00 Lac, and 0.5% of tendered value per week of delay or lesser amount as decided by the competent authority subject to a maximum of 10% of the tendered value for works costing more than Rs 10 Lac with completion period less than 2 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: 1) B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer, 2) Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
