The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed three works, each of Rs. 1,49,31,788/- (Excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs. 1,86,64,735/- (Excluding GST) or one work of Rs. 2,98,63,576/- (Excluding GST) of similar nature of work during the last seven years. The experience should be in works such as "Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lighting systems in Airports, Indoor / outdoor Sports stadiums, Huge institutional / Business Buildings with LED Light fittings". The substantial completion is considered as 80 percent of the awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7 percent per annum. The bidder should have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 1,11,98,841/- on construction works during the last three years, and a minimum net worth of Rs. 55,99,421/-. No specific percentage of similar works is mentioned, but the values of the works are provided. The experience gained by executing work on back-to-back contract / Sub-contract basis is acceptable if the work is actually executed by the second agency with due concurrence of the owner, backed by a valid agreement and experience certificate, and payments received by the second agency are reflected in TDS certificates.
