Annual maintenance and monitoring 2 MWp roof top type solar photovoltaic power plant installations comprising of installed solar PV modules, structural support system, power conditioning units, lighting and earthing protection systems, solar system cables, LT evacuation/injection points/terminals, auxiliary & control supply system, DC &AC distribution boards along with available switchgears & control gears, invertor rooms along with AC & DC power cables, other allied communication and control cables, including solar plant radiation & environment monitoring system excluding SCADA system and including cleaning of modules as per scope of works & technical specification enclosed and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rates shall be firm and consolidated including all taxes, Labour Welfare cess and levies, conveyance charges and boarding and lodging charges of Engineers/ Technicians/ Labours, Insurance premium, mediclaim premium, Uniform charges, National Holiday payments, Mobile smartphone with SIM card and Internet connection, AADHAR enabled Biometric Attendance Machines with associated internet provision for employees etc. and excluding GST, EPF, ESI, Bonus and difference in minimum wages.
