BUTTERFLY VALVE ASSEMBLY:- Dismantling of complete BFV, fixing of dummy plates on penstock. a) Shifting of BFV assembly to factory for all repairing & testing works. b) Inspection, Cleaning , Replacement of BFV disc seal, repairing of SS seal locking ring, drilling and tapping, replacement of damaged SS hardware 8.8 grade TVS/ Unbrako make., adjustment of seal, dry testing BFV complete in all respect including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work. c) Butterfly valve housing inside seal seating area (stainless steel) complete repair by welding and machining after dismantling of disc and bushes. d) Supply/replacement of damaged Key for servomotor operating Link assembly and Repair and Maintenance/machining of Key seating area. e) BFV Servomotor:- Complete repair and servicing of servomotor by replacing seal, Hardware’s etc.

RUNNER ASSEMBLY:- Dismantling of Peloton runner assembly, measuring and recording bucket profile dimension, welding with 3.15 mm D&H, L&T, ESAB make electrode 309 MO with proper heat treatment process, grinding, profile making, machining & dynamic balancing of Runner. Maintaining Final dimension as per drawing for full load output capacity in all respect including all man & material required for proper completion of work.

NOZZLE AND NOZZLE PLATE ASSEMBLY:- Dismantling complete Nozzle assembly and Nozzle plate, Repairing of damaged parts, Complete welding of Nozzle plates, replacement of damaged seal and hard wards, complete machining of welded portion , Blue matching of nozzle and plates, testing-complete in all respect including all man & material required for proper completion of work.
