The required prior work experience for the bidder is having successfully completed similar works as a Prime contractor in a Govt. department or Govt. Organization or PSU or PPP mode or Public Limited Company during the last 7 years. The similar work experience can be in one of the following forms: I. Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. II. Two similar completed works each costing less than 50% of the estimated cost, but more than the specified amount is not mentioned, however it is less than 50%. III. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder must provide details of works in progress or contractually committed with certificates from the concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, and the total monetary value of works performed for each of the last seven financial years. However, specific values of similar works completed are mentioned in terms of percentage of the estimated cost.
