Preparation of comprehensive Business plan of UJVN Ltd. for under operation, under construction and upcoming Large & Small Hydro Power Stations/ Projects and renewable resources for control period of five (5) financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 (i.e. from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030) along with preparation of petition for Business Plan by 10.11.2024 in accordance UERC Conduct of Business Regulations, 2014 and UERC Tariff Regulations, 2021 and UERC Tariff Regulations, 2024 (to be notified soon by the Hon’ble UERC) for filing of petition & Business Plan within the given time line as per applicable Regulations.

Preparation of MYT Petitions for true-up of tariff for FY 2023-24, Annual Performance Review for FY 2024-25 and determination of tariff for the control period of five (5) financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 (i.e. from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030) for 11 Large Hydro Power Stations, namely, Chibro, Khodri, Dhalipur, Dhakrani, Kulhal, Maneri Bhali–I, Maneri Bhali–II, Chilla, Ramganga, Khatima and Vyasi of UJVN Ltd by 10.11.2024 in accordance UERC Conduct of Business Regulations, 2014 and UERC Tariff Regulations, 2021 and UERC Tariff Regulations, 2024 (to be notified soon by the Hon’ble UERC) for filing of petitions within the given time line as per applicable. Interaction and presentation of the case to the Audit Committee and BoD of UJVN Ltd. &Hon’ble UERC on the matters related to aforesaid filings with the Hon’ble UERC. Attending the public hearings & Technical Validation Sessions and preparing and filing responses/replies to the objections/clarifications/ information desired by the Hon’ble UERC and stake holders regarding Business Plan and MYT Petitions and submission of soft copies computer based financial model of Business Plan & MYT petitions.
