Soil testing of proposed 50 KL capacity, 12 m staging O.H.T. site by some repute institute like IIT or equvalent and accordingly design by a repute structural engineer and construction of O.H.T. (50 KL capacity with 12 m Staging) with foundation considering seismic forces, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of work and submissoin of detailed design/drawings before starting of work.
