The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Project Manager (Civil Engineer): 10 years of total work experience, with 5 years of experience in similar works. - For Material testing Engineer: 3 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. - For Material testing Supervisor: 3 years of total work experience, with 2 years of experience in similar works. - For Quantity Surveyor: 3 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. - For Construction Safety Officer: 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. The bidder must have specific construction experience, including participation as a contractor in at least one contract that was started and has been substantially or successfully completed, within the last five years, with a value of at least INR 66.62 Lacs, which is 25% of the amount put to bid. The bidder should have a minimum annual construction turnover of INR 133.24 Lacs, which is 50% of the amount put to bid, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 years, including the base year. The percentage of similar works completed is not specified, but the bidder should have a positive net worth. The bidder should also meet the requirement of having pending litigation that does not represent more than 50% of the bidder's net worth. In terms of similar works completed, the bidder is required to fill up Form EXP-2, which includes information on contracts of similar size and nature, with details such as contract amount, role in the contract, and percentage of total contract amount if the bidder was a partner in a joint venture or subcontractor.
