The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature for each of the last five years. The bidder should have general construction experience under contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. Additionally, the bidder should have specific construction experience, including participation as a contractor in at least one contract that was started and has been substantially or successfully completed within the last five years, with a value of at least INR 445.98 Lacs, which is 25% of the amount put to bid. The contract should be similar to the proposed works in terms of physical size, complexity, methods, technology, and other characteristics. The bidder should provide details of works in progress or contractually committed, along with certificates from the concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. For each contract of similar size and nature, the bidder should provide information such as contract number, award date, completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount in INR, and percentage of total amount if the bidder was a partner in a joint venture or subcontractor. The value of similar works completed should be at least INR 445.98 Lacs, which is 25% of the amount put to bid. The percentage of similar works completed is 25% of the amount put to bid. The bidder should also specify the participation of the total contract amount if they were a partner in a joint venture or subcontractor.
