The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction experience. For specific construction experience, the bidder must have participated as a prime contractor in at least one contract that was started and has been successfully completed in any one year in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 25% of the estimated cost of the work (191.50 lac), and that are similar to the proposed works. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction contracts as a Prime contractor for at least 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. The value of similar works completed is at least 25% of the estimated cost of the work, which is 191.50 lac. The percentage of similar works completed is 25% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience under construction contracts in the role of Prime contractor, for at least the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. The required experience for key personnel includes: - One Degree holder in Civil Engg.: 1 year of total work experience - One Diploma holder in Civil Engg.: 1 year of total work experience - Site supervisor: 2 years of total work experience - One No Licensed ELECTRICAL Contractor: 1 year of total work experience The bidder must provide information on their current contract commitments and demonstrate that it has the capability to meet the minimum requirement as per the given list of plant & equipment. The average annual construction turnover should be a minimum of 382.99 Lac (inclusive of escalation). The bidder's net worth should be positive, and all pending litigation shall not represent more than 50% of the Bidder's net worth.
