The bidder is required to have general construction experience under construction contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. Additionally, the bidder must have specific construction experience, including participation as a contractor in at least one contract that was started and has been substantially or successfully completed, within the last five years, with a value of at least INR 196.41 Lacs (inclusive of escalation). This value is equivalent to 25% of the amount put to bid, and the contract should be similar to the proposed works in terms of physical size, complexity, methods, and technology. The value and percentage of similar works completed are required to be mentioned in Form EXP-2, which includes the following information: - Total Contract Amount: INR (amount) - Percent of Total Amount: (percentage) Specifically, the bidder must have experience in works of a similar nature for each of the last five years, with a contract value of at least INR 196.41 Lacs, which is equivalent to 25% of the amount put to bid.
