Reinforced cement concrete in Bearing Pad and Seismic arrester complete as per drawing and technical specifications. M45 using Concrete Mixer.

Supply and fabrication of Bow-String steel bridge as per detailed drawing attached including supply of High Strength Steel of grade Fe-490 (E350) for Gusset Plates and all other structural steel (E250) confirming to IS 226 - 1975 including ground erection in workshop, one coat of approved quality anti corrosive red oxide zinc chromate primer paint confirming to IS 2074, all T&P, nuts, bolts and washers required for proper completion of the bridge. Required equipment shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job, the rates shall include ground erection in the workshop and its dismentling after Engineer's inspection & approval, removing defects, match marking of all parts, numbering and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be executed in accordance to IS - 1915. The rates shall include cost of all material, its wastage, cutting, bending as per required, welding, making holes, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. including cost of cartage from workshop to Bridge Site including safe stacking of parts.

Erection of Bow-String type Steel Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly vetted by a recognised reputable institution/ consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of approved make. The rate including of cost of all labour, T&P, equipments, civil work and consumables, cost of arranging, fabricating, erecting and dismantling of erection scheme including the cost of its designing, revising, supervision by contractor's designer at site during erection, also including cost of all safety measures and necessary insurances of bridge and labours for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 with due regard of mansoon and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing High Tensile bolts of 48 mm dia 10.9 grade and specified lengths in bow joints including nuts and washers all confirming to IS 1364:2002 including material, cartage with loading and unloading, labour, T&P etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing High strength friction Grip bolts of 27 mm dia 10.9 grade and Specified lengths in Bridge joints other than bow including nuts and washers confirming to IS:3757, IS:4000, IS:6623, and IS:6649 including material, cartage with loading and unloading, labour, T&P etc complete as required.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level Spherical bearing confirming to IRC:83-2014 (Part IV)of 150 tonne uplift capacity, 100 tonne downward capacity and 37 tonne horizontal capacity complete as per drawing and approved technical specifications.

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and Specified shade on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade.
