For preventive maintenance at132/33 KV S/s Purkul, work of Daily/Routine maintenance activities through round the clock availability of highly skilled personnel (03 Nos.) for

132 kV Switchyard:- (1) 132 KV Bays- 06 Nos. (2) 132 KV Main Bus- 01 No. (3) 132 KV Transfer bus- 01 No. (4) Power Transformers- 02 Nos.2x40MVA(132/33kV) 132/33 kV Switchyard:- (1) 33 KV Bays- 10 Nos. (2) 33 KV Main Bus- 03 No. (3) 33 KV Transfer Bus– 01 No. (4) Control Room (5) Battery set and Battery Charger, ACDB and DCDB Work Comprises:- 1. Submission of daily activity/action taken report. 2.    For above maintenance/scope of work, everyday 03 Nos. highly skilled and experienced Personnels (01 Nos. Skilled and 2 Nos.Unskilled) shall remain available at the Substation.(24 Days/ Month x12Months=Total 288 Days) Scope of Work:- (1) Routine visual checking, Thermo-scanning of Red-hot points, Flash points,Burned Jumpers, CBs, Isolators, Bus Bars, CTs/PTs/CVTs, Marshalling Box etc. including Scheduled Cleaning/Dusting, Lubrication, Tightening of Connections/Jumpers, replacement of minor damaged parts of equipments, replacement of Jumpers/Clamps/Connectors etc.as per site requirement. (2) Routine work of all Power and Station Transformers, maintenance of their cooling fans, i.e. Oiling, Greasing andCleaning/Dusting etc., LT electrical connections, cleaning of oil collection pits, tightening of loose connections, replacing silica gel, providing help in Oil top up of C.T/CVT/P.T. etc. ofas per directions of engineer in charge. (3) Routine checking of complete length of control cable and power cables between indoorpanels/equipments and outdoor panels/equipments, cleaning of cable Trench replacement of damaged/burned cable, tightening and replacement of damaged terminals/connections/lugs etc, re-ferruling whenever required. (4) Routine maintenance of battery cells and battery chargers i.e. daily cleaning of battery room, battery cells, Battery chargers, applying of petroleum jelly etc complete in all respect. (5) Routine maintenance of indoor panels i.e. C&R Panels, ACDB, DCDB system, indoor and outdoor illumination system etc including schedule cleaning, Lubrication, tightening of connections/terminals, replacement of minor damaged parts of panels tracing of circuits.

Replacement of 33KV outdoor type single phase oil cooled live tank CT having ratio 800/400/1 class 0.2S Burden 20VA, in confirmation to IS:2705/1992 includes Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning.
