The bidder must have experience of construction of 01 No. 110 kV or above voltage class bay along with Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of associated equipment and Erection of 01 No. 110 KV or above voltage class Transformer of capacity 20 MVA or above. The above work should have been completed within last seven (7) year and Bay must be in satisfactory operation for at least one (1) year as on the originally scheduled date of Bid opening. Alternatively, the bidder must have experience of construction of 02 No. 66 kV or above voltage class bays along with Supply, Erection, and Testing & Commissioning of associated equipments and erection of 02 no. 110 kV or above voltage class transformer of capacity 10 MVA or above. The above work should have been completed within last seven years and bay must be in satisfactory operation for at least one (1) year as on the originally scheduled date of bid opening. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder must demonstrate satisfactory operation of the completed works, which is defined as a certificate issued by the Employer certifying the operation without any adverse remark. Monetary values are not directly associated with the prior work experience, but the bidder must meet the minimum average annual turnover requirement of Rs 21.06 Crores for the best three years out of the last five years.
