The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs.976.00 Lacs (80% of contract value) or at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 732.00 Lacs (60% of contract value) each, or at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 488.00 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For electrical works, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 96.00 Lakh (80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works) or at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 72.00 Lakh (60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works) each, or at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than Rs. 48.00 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works) each. The bidder should also have experience of work of similar nature, with work wise details, completed during last 7 years, with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works, which is Rs. 48.00 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have executed, as a prime contractor, a minimum of the specified items of key works, including Earth Work, PCC Work, RCC Work, Reinforcement, Centering Shuttering, Brick Work, Plastering Work, and Flooring (Tile & Stone) with specified quantities. The evaluation criteria for prior work experience awards 60% marks for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The required prior work experience is mentioned under the attribute "Experience in Similar class of works" with an evaluation mark of 20. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 976.00 Lacs (80% of estimated cost of works) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 732.00 Lacs (60% of the estimated cost of works) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 488.00 Lacs (40% of the estimated cost of works) each. The average financial turnover of the bidder should be at least Rs. 366.00 Lakh (not less than 30% of contract value) during the immediate last three consecutive years. The bidder should have executed, as a prime contractor, a minimum of 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works or 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work.
