The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 208.00 Lakh (80% of estimated cost of Electrical works) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 156.00 Lakh (60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than Rs. 104.00 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works) each. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs. 2520.00 Lacs (80% of contract value) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 1890.00 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 1260.00 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. The bidder should also have achieved an average financial turnover of value Rs. 945.00 Lacs (not less than 30% of contract value) during the immediate last three consecutive years. For Civil & E/M works, the bidder should have executed a minimum of 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works, or 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work. The evaluation criteria for the attribute "Experience in Similar class of works" are as follows: - 60% Marks for Minimum Eligibility Criteria - 100% Marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro-rate basis. The bidder should have experience of work performed as prime contractor, on work of a similar nature over the last five years, and should have executed a minimum value of construction works (Turn Over) executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of 40% of the estimated cost of electrical works, which is 104.00 Lakh. The bidder should provide details of similar works performed over the last 5 years, including work-wise details, completed during the last 7 years, including details of subletting done, if any. The bidder should also provide proof of satisfactory completion of works within the designated time as per the contract agreement and the value of the work done within the time frame substantiated by the certificates issued by employers. The bidder should have experience of work of similar nature, with work wise details, completed during last 7 years.
