The required prior work experience for the bidder is evaluated based on agreements registered for similar work during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value indicated, and the value of the work executed under the agreement during the above period should be provided. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Alternatively, they should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar works include: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro-rate basis. The value and percentage of similar works completed are also evaluated under other parameters, including: - Average annual turnover: 16 marks - Solvency Certificate & Financial Capability: 4 marks - Experience in similar works: 20 marks - Performance of works (Time over run): 20 marks The specific values and percentages for similar works completed are: - If TOR up to 1.0: 20 marks - If TOR up to 2.00: 15 marks - If TOR up to 3.00: 10 marks - If TOR > 3.0: 0 marks - With levy of compensation: 5 marks - Levy of compensation not decided: 0 marks Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum solvency of 40% of the Estimated Cost of the work. The bidder should also have not less than 30% of work cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years.
