The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar nature. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 7 years, with a total value of more than the estimated cost of the tendered work. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 432.00 Lacs (80% of estimated cost of works) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 324.00 Lacs (60% of the estimated cost of works) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 216.00 Lacs (40% of the estimated cost of works) each. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 70% of the estimated cost of the tendered work. The bidder should also have completed at least 50% of the similar works in the last 3 years.
