The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in the last 7 years. Alternatively, they should have completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder should provide details of similar works performed over the last 7 years, including project name, employer's name, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also provide a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) for the similar works completed. The value of similar works completed is to be mentioned in the contract value, with the amount in Rupees in Lacs. The aggregate sum of subcontracting should not be more than 20 percent of the total Bid Value. The evaluation criteria for prior work experience include scoring based on the value and percentage of similar works completed, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between values. Specifically, the criteria for scoring are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) – on pro-rate basis Additionally, the bidder's experience is evaluated based on the information furnished, and the employer reserves the right to relax the qualification criteria for any or all bidders without notification or assigning reason.
