The required prior work experience for the bidder should be under a Central/State Govt. Department and its Undertakings. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of not less than 30% of the work cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. The experience of work should be under a Central/State Govt. Department and its Undertakings, and experience certificates from private agencies/contractors shall not be considered. The evaluation of experience in similar works is given 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between values.
