The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed and completed similar works with some Central/State Govt department or an autonomous body or PSU of State Govt or Central Govt. The bidder should have experience of work required under similar conditions, with a minimum value of works executed, including specific quantities of earthwork, PCC work, RCC work, reinforcement, centering shuttering, brick work, tiling work, and plastering work. The quantities are as follows: - Earth Work: 1013.00 Cum - PCC Work: 79.00 Cum - RCC Work: 426.00 Cum - Reinforcement: 46000.00 Kg - Centering Shuttering: 2316.00 Sqm - Brick Work: 266.00 Cum - Tiling Work: 719.00 Sqm - Plastering Work: 3600.00 Sqm For electrical works, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years: - at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works, - or at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each, - or at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. The evaluation marks for experience in similar works are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - Pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum eligibility criteria and twice the minimum eligibility criteria. The bidder should also have a solvency of Rs. 133.53 Lacs and a credit limit of Rs. 83.46 Lacs. The annual turnover data for the last three years is also required, with the amount billed to clients for each year for similar work in progress or completed. The bidder needs to provide information on the project name, description of the work, contract value, and actual completion date of the similar works performed, with the contract value mentioned in Rupees in Lacs. The bidder should have prior work experience of at least 7 years.
