For bidders with experience certificate of Civil Works, they should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs.615.44 Lacs (80% of contract value) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 461.58 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 307.72 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For bidders with experience certificate of E&M Works, they should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs.84.92 Lacs (80% of contract value). The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs. 84.92 Lacs (80% of contract value) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 63.69 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 42.46 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For Electrical Works, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each.
