The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar works completed during the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the Estimated cost of work, or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the Estimated cost of work each, or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the Estimated cost of work each. For Civil Works, the bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of 50% of the BOQ quantity for quantity-based works, or 70% of Capacity for capacity-based works. For E&M Works, the bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of 50% of the BOQ quantity for quantity-based works, or 70% of Capacity for capacity-based works. The bidder should also have an experience of satisfactory completed automation of 2 Nos. Pumping plants in the last seven years. The average annual financial turnover of construction works worth 30% of the contract value during the immediate last three consecutive years is also required. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least 19.23 Lakh in the last 7 financial years. The 2nd and 3rd Joint Venture Partner should have an average annual financial turnover of 25% of the value given in the relevant clause. The contractors shall have to produce the list of running works of similar nature, in progress, and certificate for their up to date progress and execution of the work satisfactorily. The bidder is required to submit proof of all contract agreements for which payments have been received during the last seven years.
