The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed and completed similar works with some Central/State Govt department or an autonomous body or PSU of State Govt or Central Govt. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder should have prior work experience of at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the works, or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the works each, or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the works each, during the last 7 years. For electrical works, the bidder should have experience of at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of electrical works, or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of electrical works each, or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of electrical works each. The bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of the following items of key works: - For quantity-based works: 50% of the BoQ Quantity. - For capacity-based work: 70% of Capacity. Reinforcement: 60740.00 Kg 5. Centering Shuttering: 3088.00 Sqm 6. Brick Work: 354.00 Cum 7. Tiling Work: 959.00 Sqm 8. Plastering Work: 4800.00 Sqm The evaluation criteria for the attribute "Experience in similar works" are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) – on pro-rate basis. The contract value is required to be mentioned in Rs. Lacs. The bidder should have a solvency of Rs. 178.65 Lacs (40% of contract value) issued from a scheduled bank in India within six months. The bidder will have to furnish the availability of Credit Limit equivalent to Rs. 111.66 Lacs (03 Months Cash Flow for this tender) from any Scheduled bank of value not less than the amount as indicated.
