The bidder should have experience in executing similar type of works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works of value indicated as above during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed at least 2 similar works in the last 5 years, with no loss incurred in more than 2 years during this period. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in similar works, with the following criteria: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) and (ii) – on pro-rate basis The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. [amount not specified] for the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of Rs. [amount not specified] in the last seven years.
