Three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs 98.85 lakhs each. ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 138.38 lakhs each. iii. One similar completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs.197.69 lakhs. The following escalation factors shall be used to bring the value of such completed works to the level of current financial year (2023-24): Financial Year 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22, 2020-21, 2019-20 with Multiplying Factor 1.1, 1.21, 1.33, 1.46, 1.61 respectively. Additionally, other important information related to prior work experience includes: - The Project Manager should have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on Highway, Bridge construction/Maintenance works. - The Site Engineer-cum-Surveyor Engineer-cum-Material Engineer should have 4 years of experience on Highway Construction/Maintenance works. - Total value of Civil Engineering construction and/or maintenance works performed in the last three years (in Rs. Lakh). - Work performed as prime contractor/JV partner of a similar nature during the last five years. - The bidder should have experience in highways, with specific details. - The bidder should provide a summary of the CV, including education, experience, and permanent employment with the firm. - The bidder should provide information on similar type of work, including description of work, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. - Percentage: 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract towards working capital. - 1% of the value of work corresponding to the updated programme will be withheld for delays in submission of the updated programme. - 20 percent of the value of work not completed represents the Employer’s additional cost for completing the work. - 10 per cent of the Initial Contract Price, rounded off to the nearest thousand, is the maximum limit of liquidated damages for delay in completion of work. - 0.1 percent of the remaining value of contract to be executed, rounded off to the nearest thousand, per day, with a minimum of Rs. 10000/- per day, is the amount of liquidated damages for delay in completion of works.Similar work or eligible projects include works of a similar nature during the last five years, with the following details: * Project Name * Name of the Employer * Description of work * Value of Contract (in Rs. in Lac) * Date of issue of work order * Stipulated period of completion * Actual date of completion.
