The important information given under the technical capacity header, which is specifically related to prior work experience, includes: - The Bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs. 13.21 crore. - For normal highway projects, at least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost (Rs. 2.64 Crore) shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. - For Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover projects, the sole Bidder or any member of Joint Venture shall have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover project in the last 10 financial years, having a span equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, and the cost of such similar project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. - For Tunnel projects, the sole Bidder or any member of Joint Venture shall have completed at least one tunnel project in the last 10 financial years, consisting of single or twin tubes, having at least 50% of the cross-sectional area of the tunnel to be constructed or cross-sectional area of 2 lane highway tunnel, whichever is less, and 20% length of the tunnel to be constructed, and the cost of such project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 crore, whichever is less. - A project shall be considered completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 crore, whichever is less. - For a project to qualify as an Eligible Project, the entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed. - The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost. - The entity claiming experience shall, during the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, have itself undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. - The weights assigned to different types of projects are: 1. Construction in core sector, 0.75 - The Bidder should provide a certificate from its statutory auditor for each Eligible Project. - For Category 1 & 2, the certificate should be in the format specified, which includes details such as the name of the Bidder, the title of the project company, the amount of equity held, and the percentage of total paid-up and subscribed equity capital. - The certificate should also mention the total estimated capital cost of the project, the amount undertaken by the Bidder for construction, and the year-wise details for the past five financial years. - For Category 3 & 4, the Bidder should provide a certificate regarding construction works, which includes details such as the name of the project, the nature of the project, the commencement and commissioning dates, and the total estimated capital cost of the project. - The certificate should also mention the amount received or executed by the Bidder, and the percentage of share in the Joint Venture/Consortium. - Values like amount and percentage mentioned under this header include: - Rs. …… cr. Two Crore Sixty Four Lacs only)] shall have been completed. - The similar work must include the following items: A. Installation work of Self Drilling hollow soil / rock anchors (SDRA) in hilly/mountainous terrain. B. RCC work - For Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover/Tunnel, the sole Bidder or any member of Joint Venture shall have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover/Tunnel having span equal to or greater than: (a) 50% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, of the structure proposed in this project. (b) For Tunnel, 50% of the cross-sectional area of proposed tunnel or two lane highway tunnel cross-sectional area, whichever is less, and 20% length of the tunnel to be constructed in this project or 2 km, whichever is less. - Projects with an estimated project cost of less than or equal to 100 Crore, with a technical capacity of 0.75 times the EPC. - Projects with an estimated project cost of more than 100 Crore and less than or equal to 500 Crore, with a technical capacity of 1.0 times the EPC. - Projects with an estimated project cost of more than 500 Crore and less than or equal to 1000 Crore, with a technical capacity of 1.0 times the EPC. - Projects with an estimated project cost of more than 1000 Crore, with a technical capacity of 1.0 times the estimate project cost or Rs. 1000 crores, whichever is less.
